Such material may have originated or been acquired by our own employees or others and may resemble elements of any materials you send us.  In submitting ordiscussing the pitch to us, you recognise that the submission of your pitch is voluntary and not in confidence and you agree you will not assert against F5 Films (or any of its affiliates, licensees and assigns, officers, agents or employees) any claim of any nature resembling your pitch. Any and all discussions and emails are always subject to contract and green-light approval.
